What is the best way to have great looking skin?? like no wrinkels..dark under eye circles?
dont wear makeup.my grandmother doesnt n shes 49 looking like shes 35 :p
Reply:Dark Under Circles???? You need some sleep! The best way to have great skin is to take care of yourself. Eat right, exercise, drink water, take a multi-vitamin. Wear SPF 15 at all times. Other than that.... Plastic surgery ect.
Reply:Try proactive it works great and don't stay up at night watching tv thats where you get dark circles.
Reply:sand blast and baby lotion.
Reply:Part of it is genetic, but stay out of the sun to keep your skin looking younger longer. If you have dark circles under your eyes you may want to try some of the spray on tanner. Very pale skin shows bood vessels easier than tan skin.
Reply:use a great moisturiser , drink pleanty of water, get enough sleep oh and use a cleanser for clear skin
Reply:water water water and drink LOTS of it ...plumps out and hydrates the skin. Better than any bogus topical skin cream out there. get alot of rest too.
Reply:moisturizer!eye cream!.and lots of sleep.

it has sand like stuff in it that helps
reduce zits and black heads.
also if you dont wan tto go out and buy
that kind of stuff.wash your face with soap.
put the soap and lather it in your hand and
my secret...add sugar.it actually does work.my mom and I do

Reply:Short of a face lift, unfortunately wrinkles to crop up on a face as it ages. To keep the wrinkles to a minimum, start with a thorough cleansing with a non-drying product, and follow that with a good moisturizer every day an before you retire at night. Wrinkles do not go away without help (a face life would be too invasive for me), but they can be softened greatly with daily care.
Reply:Quite a lot of it is genes. You can help by getting enough sleep (7 - 8 hours), and keeping your face out of the sun. And just washing with cold water. Also eating lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.
And, of course, dying young, before you have a chance to age.
Reply:I think not wearing make up is true. i only wear it when i go out on a special day and iam 30, alot of people have said i look like early 20's. I also think you should avoid the sun. I feel like i have aged gradualy, but 2 years ago i went to cancun and got a serious tan over the 10days i spent there and after the tan went away i felt that i looked older. i think my skin just got the life sucked out of it that year.
Reply:H2O!!! DRINKING WATER IS THE VERY BEST THING YOU CAN DO FOR YOUR SKIN. WASH YOUR FACE REGULARLY WITH SOMETHING THAT IS GENTLE.. TO PREVENT BREAKOUTS USE AN APRICOT SCRUB WITH GROUND ALMONDS.. THEY SELL IT AT WAL MART. USE A MOISTURIZER THAT FITS YOUR SKIN TYPE. I USE CLEAN AND CLEAR "OXYGENATING". SINCE I LIVE IN COLORADO I GET DRY SO I USE EUCERIN ON THE REALLY DRY AREAS, AS WELL AS UNDER MY EYES. IT'S FRAGRANCE AND DYE FREE SO IT'S VERY HEALTHY, AND DOESN'T CLOG PORES. DERMATOLOGIST RECOMMENDED.. ALSO, TRY DRINKING SOME WHEAT GRASS.. THEY HAVE IT AT JAMBA JUICE.
Reply:The easiest way to have great looking is by eating the right foods and by keeping yourself hydrated - inside and out.
Added to that;
You can help to keep your skin looking younger by taking good care of it.
Exercise is a necessity to keep your skin tight(er).

Three ways to definately add years to your looks are - smoking, too much time in the sun and by drinking too much alcohol.
Reply:Drink lots of water, make your life as stress free as possible, get enough sleep, eat a good diet with a lot of vegetables and antioxidants, don't wear too much makeup, and wash your face with a moisturizing soap before you go to bed, and first thing when you wake up in the morning. Also lotion your skin when you get out of the shower-- my mother has been doing that since she was in her teens, and she has no stretch marks, no wrinkles and most people think shes in her 30's, (she's 48).
Reply:Well, I use baby oil or rose oil on my skin, and it works heaps better than moisturiser (but my skin is pretty dry). It's a fact that people with naturally oily skin get wrinkles more slowly than people with dry skin.
Oils sink deep into your skin, whereas moisturisers only sit on the top and easily wash off. Oils are more protective than moisturiser. I find it also helps to cleanse my pores if I massage oil into my face regularly. Gently massage the face, once a day.
Dark circles under the eyes indicates allergies (or poor sleep habits). Avoid chemicals (get a natural shampoo and soap/cleanser, etc) and try to find out what in your diet you are allergic/intolerant to. Avoid anything with artificial additives, or go to the website below for more specific info on figuring out what your body can tolerate.
Reply:basically if you eat healthy food and avoid or cut back smoking, and alcohol then u will notice after a few months a difference in ur appearance, also avoid coffee and try n get enough rest time, its a lot to ask for but it would help!
Reply:Drink water, exercise, keep away from fast food and negative people. Know your body time clock, it will tell you how many hours of sleep is sufficient. Keep your skin hydrated with water and a good cream, esp. at night. Keep away from cigarettes and caffiene and alcohol and too much salt, because it can make some people bloated everywhere.
Use sunscreen all the time, in day time. The sun is our real culprit and genes ofcourse.
Get to know your skin type and how it reacts to certain products, so you can use the right products,( this will save you time and monies).
This is very important, especially when you go to a sales counter and she thinks she knows more about your skin than you do, and talks you into buying the most expensive product. Expensive products aren't always better. It's the quality of it that matters. Remember, over 50 % of our money goes into the look of the bottle and name etc. Wonder, what the rest does?
Try preparation H, if it shrinks hemorroids, I'm sure it shrinks other things. Oprah said she uses vaginal cream on her skin. hmmmm.
Learn about the ingredients in products, I do.
Sometimes, the generics have the same ingrediants as the real one. Compare!
Reply:Having been there and with professional training in this area, you will want to get at least 6 hours of sleep each night, and stay on a regular sleeping schedule. Do your best to get 8 hours of sleep instead of 6 hours.
Secondly, as everyone has mentioned here, drink a lot of water during the day. You can substitue fruit juices or milk for two or three glasses for the day, but the water cleans your blood and veins (basically flushing your system). You only need 8 glasses of water a day.
That is 8 ounces for each glass, which adds up to 1/2 a gallon of water. I go through 1 1/2 gallons up to 2 gallons of water a day when I am not working, and I use a Brita filter on my faucet instead of spending dollar after dollar on bottled water.
A good way to keep track is to buy three 'one liter' bottles of water to keep track of your daily intake. If you can do that then your skin will become revitalized.
In addition, eat more fruits and vegetables. This doesn't mean break your pocket book buying a huge variety. Carrots and a few dark greens such as kale or Romaine lettuce, and cantelope and apricots will provide you with most of the vitamins and nutrients your body will need.
Do try to get your daily recommended intake of calcium even if it means taking a multivitamin. Calcium also helps your skin just as it does your bones. It also puts the white back into your tired bloodshot eyes.
There are many products out there that say they will get rid of those dark circles. Before you go spending your hard earned money on them, try what I have suggested for at least 30 days. If you do not see a change, then try sampling some of those over-the-counter products. More than likely you will see a difference in less than a week.
Reply:Drink tea with antioxidants in it.
Use timewise lotion to keep wrinkles away
Gel with cucumbers in it on eyes to keep dark circles gone.
