other skin problems... can you suggest the type/brand of lotion that I can give him? please include the spf number... and also please mention a brand that is easy to find! ( im from the Philippines )

Coppertone spf 50-sport it is strong and sweatproof too





P.S. Person after me, sweatproof means it doesn't come off with sweat as oppossed to anti-perspirant which doesn't let you sweat.

get SPF 30+ it's the highest and most protective


make sure he wears a hat


and if he can long sleeeved tops/pants


also wear a pair of sunglasses and maybe some zinc on his nose
Reply:I like Coppertone, usually the 30-50 or higher. Don't get the sweat proof especially if he is doing labor. Sweat is important.
Reply:Please don't worry. The sun is a natural healer. All the propaganda about the sun causing skin cancer is not true. It is sun lotions that cause skin cancer.
