My Skin on my face has dry flaky patches under my lips. I am not sure how to make it go away.?

It is flaky and dry and when i scrub it, it looks like a rash. Someone said it may be because im not taking ne vitamins, is this true? what else could it be

Get a good gentle cleanser for sensitive skin, use a toner and blot it with oil tissues when you sweat. No oil based makeups. Moisturize a clean face at nighttime. SPF is very important, yet be careful, some of us are allergic to it.

Your lips are probably dry because you lick your lips alot and the wind hits them when they are wet it causes chapped lips. Get some Chap stick and it should help.
Reply:hmm, there are many causes of that. one that i know is cold temperature, like cold weather or air-con. have you tried applying petroleum jelly? just try it.. it's safe, don't worry.
