The skin under the eyes is thin and very sensitive. It would not be a good idea to bleach an area so close to your eye ball. If dark circles concern you, go for an eye cream that specifically targets them. Avon introduced one recently that is supposed to be phenomenal.

Reply:well i would definitly read the instructions on that because it might have bad affects on the eyes. they probably have special skin bleach for the face and eyes.
