ugh!!!!!!! i got dem waxed yesterday i thought the marks would be gone but it didnt go away ugh! u dont kno how much dat like hurt and the marks are like noticable and im like breaking out wit pimples on my forehead my hair is all like ugly and all ewie and im like pissed and lik i dont want to like look in the mirror like would u im soo sick of stuff lik dis happening. ugh

You will have to blend in some concealer to help blend it in. the pimples i get too, for me it is because they put that wax on and then oil to calm the irritation. I was real good before I go and again when I get home to remove that oil they have on the cotton ball they rub over your eyes. you cannot help it now, to late but just clean it gently and they will clear up. try placing some ice in a washcloth and resting them on your eyes. it will help calm the after effects, it will not do that as much if you keep up with it but if you wait and go again much later then it will happen all over again. and yes, i do know how badly it hurts when they do it, I don't know of anyway around that. you can also try some aloe, the stuff you put on sunburn, that will help sooth it too.

Since you have combination skin, you can practically use any namebrand on your skin. Try Suave products, as they're usually cheaper, though, than other products but made with the same ingrediants. Also, Clean and Clear works well too.

I have and its crap - it did nothing. Theres a new product out at Myer and its especially for dark circles and bags. Its about $115 for a little jar but apparently it really works. Im going to buy that as a nice xmas treat for myself :)

Try Benefit - they have a good gel that stops puffing. It is only a temporary solution though and doesn't rid them permanently.
Try an illuminiser. I find these kinds of sparkly products hide the dark circles the best.

Reply:Regular skin care is required to maintain the area surrounding your eyes. Use a gel or a cream and rub it gently around the orbital bone. The orbital bone is the area that falls directly under the eye structure. Be careful not to rub harshly when you rub around the eye area. The harsh rubbing can only lead to more irritation.
Apply the cream to the skin and relax for sometime. If you have to put on a facemask, then soak the little cotton pads into the soap water and place it on the eyes when they are closed. Otherwise, you may use them around 2 cucumber slices to make your eyes cooler. In this way you can provide a pleasant feeling to your eyes. And you can get rid of your dark circles around your eyes quickly. Your skin will glow when these circles vanish.

Just inspected my 15 year old dog and his skin is about the same as when he was a pup. He didn`t appreciate it as he`s giving it the zzzzzz`s on the settee. His fur is not a shiny as it was. he`s certainly greyer and wizened but his coat has certainly protected him from the elements.

How to treat Infection of the skin around or under the nails?
my sister just called me and told me that her fingertips around the nail that she bit off is swollen, red and she has some pus! this has happened to me before because i am a nail bitter too but it cleared up all by itself. I was just wondering how can she treat this at home? i was thinking by washing her hands with antibacterial soap and applying something like alcohol or what should she do?

Children commonly get them on the arms and legs and adults tent to ge them around the groin. They are contagious but very easily treated by having them frozen off by your doctor. In most cases it will only take one or two treatments to clear up. In some cases the immune system will kick in after a few months and they will go on their own accord. Perhaps go and see your doctor, just in case anyway.

i don't think either shop sells anything for more than 拢2.50 to be frank, and most definitely nothing of high quality standards.

Small hard white or skin colored deposits under and around eyes?
I have had these for all of my life, my cholesterol is great, health is great, I am 41 now and they are really starting to annoy me!. Any one have any idea what they are??they are a bit like a pimple, but not really.

People tell me how clear my skin looks, well it isn't, it is the makeup. If they only knew. I put coverstick on first, then matte mousse, then coverstick again. Looks great, both come in several shades. Im african american american. Not dark ,but not light skinned.

i have a birthday party / halo tourney to go to tommorow. im 15 and in high school, and half chinese. just to give a frame of ref. anyways, the reason i have a problem with this party is because it is for a wrestler, who is a decent person, but pretty much every other wrestler at our school is a ******* asshole. they'll goad me for everything, race, skill, the way i look? you know the type. in any case, i wouldn't ever think if going but i've already been forced onto a team, and it sounds fun. how can i stop these people from pushing me to the limit? these people don't know how to listen to reason by the way. they'll return nearly any logical response of mine with something like, "**** you, chink!". help, please. :]

I had a small raised lump in my armpit, went to the doctor and it was an in-growing hair from shaving that had got infected. It just went away on its own. So it could be that or it could be an absess. It also could be something more serious as previously mentioned, the only way to be sure is to go to the doctor and have it checked out. Lumps should always be checked out by a doctor just in case.

Could be a cyst. Could be something else. If it were me I would watch it for a week of so to see if it goes away on its own. If it gets worse or does not improve within 10 days it might be a good idea to see a doctor .

It is totally normal and you will outgrow it in about a year or two. It is from hormones. Do NOT let a doctor start giving you steroids or HGH or anything to jack your hormones around. It is perfectly natural and you will get through it naturally.

My son is 16. He knows I am very freaked out by bugs of any kind. Now and then he will go into the kitchen or bathroom and start yelling "Roach!!! Roach!!!!" and of course, every single time I get freaked out and jump up and go to the kitchen to deal with it, and of course, there is never a roach and he's standing there laughing. If they have yet to come to the surface just put a topical acne gel on them and hopefully that will keep them from coming to the surface. If they are very deep, red, and painful you may need to see a dermatologist. These are called cystic acne and will need special attention. Good luck =)

Good Luck, you may think it is silly to go to a dermatologist, but it will save you the stress of having to do something about it. Trust me, they don't go away unless you do something and I don't recommend digging at it.

First muzzle your dog. I don't care how friendly the dog is, a dog in pain will bite especially if you increase their pain. If you don't own a muzzle, take a tie and wrap it 3 times around their muzzle, so that it end under the dogs jaw. Then tie it tightly around the back of their head and behind the ears.
Next wash your hands and take a glass or bowl larger then their foot and put a few drops of antibacterial soap with lots of warm water. Make sure the water is all suds up and dunk the foot in the water and wash the wound. Then rinse the wound in lots of fresh warm water. This may remove the splinter, if not continue to next step.
Next try to put light pressure on either side of the wound. This may cause the splinter to come out. If not proceed to the next step.
Next take a pair of tweezers that have been washed in hot soapy water. Put light pressure on either side of the wound and attempt to remove the splinter. If you can do this easily ok but if it is not happening then don't poke around too much. If this doesn't work stop and proceed to the next step.
Rewash the wound and apply a large amount of polysporin (sp?) lightly wrap the dogs paw with gauze and do not allow the dog to lick it off or walk on it. This will act as a poultice to try and draw the splinter out. If the splinter is not gone by morning or you see signs of infection contact your vet.
Signs of infection include but are not limited to pus discharge, heat, redness (especially between toes), inflammation and fever.
Best of luck and continue washing the paw at least twice a day.

Try using a mild facial scrub every day. There are lots to chose from, but i would recommend trying "Dermalogica".
This will get rid of dead skin cells, which block your pores, causing spots.
When you wash your face you could try using a medicated facial wash too. Again - there are lots to chose from and they needn't be expensive.
Finally, at night, try using a medicated cream in the area to unblock the pores while you sleep. Alternatively, retin A cream is great for this.
If you are unsure of what cream to use, ask a pharmacist or your doctor.

Take a rag and put it in hot water then ring it out and place it where the bumps are. If that doesn't work get a cleanser, you probably just have a dirt build up, or it could be soda, chocolate and other fatty foods that aren't good for you. Changing your diet works and also Proactiv.

Its a lymph node. When they flare up, its a good indication that you may be about to get sick (they deal with your immune system, when they flare up, theyre working super hard). I HIGHLY suggest running over to walmart ASAP and picking up some of the product called Airborne. It really helps get you over the upcoming cold faster, and it makes it less severe. Sometimes it lets you avoid it alltogether. Best product ever.
edit: Where you described is exactly where they are. They do hurt to touch (but for some reason, i always keep touching them).

Its a lymph node. When they flare up, its a good indication that you may be about to get sick (they deal with your immune system, when they flare up, theyre working super hard). I HIGHLY suggest running over to walmart ASAP and picking up some of the product called Airborne. It really helps get you over the upcoming cold faster, and it makes it less severe. Sometimes it lets you avoid it alltogether. Best product ever.
edit: Where you described is exactly where they are. They do hurt to touch (but for some reason, i always keep touching them).

Maybe he extracted whatever was under there himself. If it's a "big open wound", then you should take him to a vet. If it's pretty small, then he probably already did what needed to be done, just watch for infection.

Ok, big open wound means at the very least the dog needs an antibiotic. My dog had something like this on her paw, I searched out a cheaper vet and was lucky enough to find one, people all over wa. state come to her cause they have multiple dogs and the cost would bankrupt them other wise. So I had surgery and antibiotic and all for 300$ and that was really good cause everybody else wanted 1200$. You have to talk dog to find these good local vets. And my dogs wound was the size of a quarter.

exfoliate exfoliate exfoliate that's what i do and it works then use Clearasil it should help
Reply:use sudocrem at night it dries out the spots.
drink plenty of water it will hydrate your skin.
dont use anything like clearasil it sometimes doesnt work and sometimes even makes your spots worse.
oh and dip your face in hot water and then straight away dip it into cold water the hot wateer opens the pores and cleans out them, the cold water closes the pours.

I don't think it's a good idea to start slapping creams lotions and potions on it, could make it worse - if it's still there in a couple of days pop along to the doctors

Reply:If i had a little more info i would be sure of what they are, this is what they might be, sounds like these little spots are under the skin and not like the typical zit, do you have them on your arms towards the top, and on your forehead, if so they are blocked pores with a substance called sebum, the pores over produce this oil normally when you are young or starting puberty, you don't get them because you eat the wrong things or don't wash properly its just one of those things, the best treatment for these is to gently scrub the area and then apply a antibacterial product, they will go eventually so don't worry, if they are not what i have explained then sorry not sure what else to tell you hope this isn't the case, good luck.

I have a small hard lump under the skin in my lower leg. it has been there for a year or more?
it is very hard like a pebble. i never worried about it too much but i had a mommogram today and the nurse showed me what a tumor should feel like and it feels like that. i have no med insurance and don't make too much $ so if i go to the doc it has to be for a good reason. anybody ever have this?

But to be on the safe side, call the doctor and describe your symptoms to see if you should go back in to have it looked at.
