ya it's icky huh? Totally freaked me out!!
At two weeks it's still a pretty new cut...I think I'd leave it alone...for now and once your confident the circ is healed...clean it up.
My son had it too and I was totally freaked...I noticed it repeatedly though...almost like he was shedding skin...but the doc said it was normal...I just had to keep going in there and cleaning out the icky skin. Now (4 months) it's all gone, has been for a while, and his winky is normal...lol.

Its okay. The same thing happen with my son, it is called a wet scab. I absolutely freaked out and called his dr and he had to all but pull me down from the rafters. he assured me that it is normal. Just clean it off and dress it as normal.
