The pimple is getting bigger and bigger and has a lot of pressure on my face but has no way of escape.
How do you get a huge under the skin pimple to go away?
Tea tree oil. It sounds like it would be bad for the skin but its a natural antiseptic used in austrailia for skin infections for many years. I use it on my larger pimples and it dries them out really quick. It has a strong smell so I put it on after I wash my face at night. If you decide to get some, most stores like walgreens or walmart have it.

You can try to pop it. I wouldnt recommend it but if you do use 2 q-tips and not your fingers of nails that can cut into your skin. You could also try warm compresses this will help the pimple "ripen" and come to a head faster.
Reply:its called a cyst and wash your face 2x a day and put pimple cream on it. the pores around it will becoma cleaner and in a week or two it should be about gone
Reply:Use benzoyl peroxide 10% cream on it. Apply toothpaste to it at bed time. Also, lay down with a warm, wet compress on the pimple for about 10 minutes at a time 3-4 times a day.
Reply:This may not be a "pimple" but instead, an abscess. Best to visit with your doctor, an urgent care clinic or the ED to determine exactly what it is.
Reply:I know what you are talking about, the zit you need a shovel to get to. I used to get those all the time, they are cysts. You have to dig and dig and dig until you get to the surface which creates a huge hole in your face once it pops. So, I figured out a better thing. Go to a dermatologist and get a steroid injected to shrink it. It will be gone in 2 days. I promise, and with no scar. Then sometimes it will reappear days later, but this time close to the surface and able to pop. I take spironolactone to stop these horrible huge zits! Good Luck, you may think it is silly to go to a dermatologist, but it will save you the stress of having to do something about it. Trust me, they don't go away unless you do something and I don't recommend digging at it.
