yeah its a hole realy, i saw black stuff on it earlier and just thought it was dirt or something, but now i notice a small hole or something, look at these pics of her and tell me what you think it is, and what i should do, and i dont think taking it to the vet is an option, cat cant go in a car anymore she has motion sickness, and will resist with all her strength not to get in lol..

My cat has a weird thing under its skin, its not realy a lump its more of a hole?
well, it looks like feline acne......it's sort of a skin infection specifically located on the chin. But, really could be anything. If you don't have a carrier, try using a strong pillow case. Sit in on your lap, pick up the cat and place her in it. Let her sit there for a minute to feel comfortable. Then take the sides of the case up and tie the top with a shoelace or something. The cat is fine, she can breath and she doesn't feel as threatened as being stuffed into a carrier. You can put the case in a carrier if it makes you feel better. Take her to the vet and get some antibiotics. You can hot pack (very warm water moist compresses) several times a day. Heat will help it to heal. Sometimes it is a chronic situation, meaning that it comes back, sometimes is stress induced.

The pictures are very blurry. But from what I can see, it looks very much like a grub worm. Which is treatable. I've seen it hundreds of times at the shelter where I work. Take you kitty to the vet soon. He / she will be able to fix it.
Reply:its not good asking people online you have to see a profession 4 that.
Reply:i freaked out when my cat had this open sore with a clear liquid drippen out of it. i took him to the vet big mistake those mother*$%26amp;#(ers wanted an arm and a leg to put him under put in a drain port. so on and so forth. i told them i didn't have no money. oh well you can just give him antibiotics and put that cone on his head so he won't lick it. you have some antibiotics add some to his food. you can buy some at a pet store or ranchers supply store. and u can buy one of those cone head things so he won't lick it. after a few days it should go away. actually i can't see the pics but judging by wat your saying its probably the same thing. the vet said he probably got bit there and it got infected.
Reply:Get a cat carrier and take her to the vet. Even though the pictures are blurry from what you describe it could be a bot-fly larvae. If you can't remove the larvae yourself and soon it will get larger and worse. A vet needs to look at your cat if you can't get the larvae(or maggot) out.
Reply:I had a kitten that had something like this behind her ear. The wound always changed in appearance. One minute it looked like a gaping hole, and the next like it was scabbed over, or had dirt over it. I took her to the vet and he said this is a common parasite with kittens and rabbits. I can't remember the treatment, but it wasn't a big deal.
You need to take her to the vet. Put her in a carrier not facing the window. If you don't have a carrier, try to wrap her like a baby up in a towel and don't let her look outside the car while moving. This is what makes cats sick in the car, their eyes have trouble focusing or something.
Reply:Our cat has feline acne. It sometimes looks like your pix and how you describe the lesion. I agree with Crazy! You really should see a vet. But sometimes our cat's acne lesions become infected. When that happens, we hot pack it several times a day. Soon, he opens it himself and keeps it open while it drains. You really, really need to take your cat to the vet. Wear clothes that you don't care about and wrap your kitty in a towel. Put her in a cat carrier or hold her yourself while someone else drives. Be sure to bring extra towels. Good luck!
