They are located about 1" from the base of my ring fingers opposite my knuckles. Not painful but sore if pressed.

There are a number of options, but the first that came to mind was early Dupytren's contracture. This is a thickening of the palmar fascia which very slowly increases in size and pulls the fingers in to flexion, starting with the little finger.
Go see your GP to confirm, if he agrees, given the tiny amount of info I made the diagnosis on, I will definitely deserve 10 points!
Management is initially to observe the progress of the condition as some will never progress to the level that that they require surgical release. If this does happen however operation is the only solution.

Reply:could just be some type of blister or hardening of the skin caused by fiction, have you been sweeping alot or doing something where you have been gripping hard to an object of some kind (nothing rude i hope)!
Reply:Could be warts. They commonly grown on the hands and feet.
Reply:Could be a callous, a blister, a wart or bruised flesh (palms don't always bruise). If it bothers you, ask your doctor.
