it doesn't come to a head but it won't go away.
How do i get rid of an under the skin pimple?
Try a warm rag to bring it to a head. Usually time is all you can really do. Try not to touch it to much that just makes it worse.

Reply:Try putting some ice on it to help with any swelling you might have. Use a q-tip to apply some rubbing alocohol, it will help to dry it up. If you have a face mask that you use for acne try dabbing some on the area and leave it overnight.

Reply:ok--i've so been down this road b4.what i do might not be the most recommended,but it works 4 me:i poke it with a very skinny needle from an angle(carefully)and put a little rubbing alcohol on the zit afterwards(no infections).that way it has a way to get to the surface,and it will get there faster so you can either pop it a or put acne stuff on it or both.good luck
