Reply:I don't think it''s dangerous but do you wash the inderside of your foreskin? Can you pull yr foreskin till the base of your penus? If the answer is no for both questions then you may need to circumcise your dick. I had a similiar problem till I have my small operation.

U can wash the infected place with " Povidone iodine" ="Betadine" and simultanously use some local medications such as "Clotrimazole" and or some Oral medications such as "Metronidazole".in the local one, use it 4-6 times daily and do not cover the infected place with synthetic cloths and in the oral case use metronidazole every 8 hour.
