What should I say to really get under his skin?

My child's sperm donor is a sorry excuse for a father. Due to the fact that he never offers to help pay for anything for Kamryn I feel like I have the right to tell him that he simply cannot comeover every night and see her. I would never keep him from her because she loves him but I want to know what would really get to his heart to get him to STEP UP and start offering some more monetary support that I SO DESPERATLEY need. He is so immature (he is 31) and seems to be stuck in such a childs brainset that he just doesnt comprehend why I get upset about certain things. (Lastest example would be him buying a 600 buck PS3) He doesnt understand why this upsets me and his response is "Next month I start paying my 200 bucks a month) Doesnt he realize she costs WAY MORE than 200 bucks a month and I am left footing the rest of the bill. PLEASE HELP nothing I have said is working.

Take his sorry as.s. to court or tell him you will terminate his rights to see her. Although that may sound like a great option to him, sadly I'm in a similar situation. My childs' father is also a sperm donor, nothing more. It's really sad because it's the kids' that suffer. Men are morons plainly put. Most of them anyway. He should be paying 10% of his earnings, if he works that is. That's what I get and it's sufficient. I avoid my ex as much as possible............I once told him that I wished his mother would have aborted him because I hated him so much for the way he acts towards our son. Then I told him I hoped that he rotted in hell for eternity!

Tell him ur going to bring him to court for owed child support money or you can tell him ur moving
Reply:PLEASE do not use your child as leverage to get child support payments. It's terrific (and rare) that the father wants to see her every night. Despite what he is not paying you let your daughter have a healthy relationship with both of her parents. I agree you need to receive the payments but work your differences out through the courts. Many states have strict laws about deadbeat dads. Contact your local district attorney's office and see what you need to do to get the process started. Get to know this process well. If there is a long enough pattern of missing payments they will start garnishing his wages, legally. THAT SHOULD GET UNDER HIS SKIN. Good luck.
