I need suggestions on what I can use to even out my skin tone and how to get rid of my dark under eye bags.?

I'm African American and some parts of my face are darker than others, what can I use to even out my skin tone? Also I haven't slept that well in the last 3 months, I'm hoping that my bags will go away since I'm starting to sleep again and I'm drinking lots of water. What else can I do to make them go away? Thanks!

Find a foundation that is slighty darker than your skin even it out along your face and that should cover up your racoon eyes.
Reply:use foundations when you go out, wash your face w/ cleanser, then tone, and then make sure to moisturize. as for the bags under your eyes, after using the moisturizer, put on some eye cream, and then when you go out, put on some consealers just around your eyes to make them look nice and fresh!
