pen. then it went away and a few days ago, I noticed this one just under my eye

They are actually inside the skin so it's not raised at all. But I don't like how obvious they are. Does anyone know what it is?

are you sure there is not a contract out on you. these sniper rifles usually put an infa red dot on the target
Reply:have any pets? maybe its a flea bite, or even a little pimple, if their going away its prob nothing serious
Reply:It is a broken cappilary...I have them too because I am fair..and mine often appear around my eyes...they go away after a while or you can have them lasered off...but that is expensive....it is where the tiny veins...just beneath the skin..break and blood leaks out under your skin.

Reply:It could be a sist. Put a hot compress on it, don't try to pop it, it could make it worse. Then get a q-tip and dip it in alcohol and dab it on the red area, it might sting a little bit but it should help it.
