If you're talking about what I think you're talking about..then you're probably clenching or grinding while you sleep. When you clench or grind you can sometimes bite the insides of your cheek therefore leaving a "line of skin" that is noticeable.
I do that quite often because I don't wear my nightguard every night like I should. You can consult your dentist about it the next time your due for a visit.
Under the cheek and to the sides I feel a line of "skin" that stands out. Does everyone have this?
I have one on both sides and I dont grind or clench.
