Perhaps baby powder in areas before hand will help absorb sweat, and antiperspirant/deodorant in those areas also. Of course loosing weight will help, and there are small steps you can take that will make a big difference. Try to limit soda pop (or only drink diet) and walk 20 min a day 3 days a week. Best of luck in the above problem and in the weight loss!

You need to lose weight, my dear. Stop eating so much and you HAVE to get exercise. That's the only way to do it.
Reply:Try a little baby powder. It drys the sweat very quickly and keeps it dry all day. I used it when I travel to warm location. It really does the trick.
Reply:Use sweat sticks, drink lots of water and dont forget to consult a doctor, also wear light clothes
Reply:Wearing a pair of cotton biker shorts should help- they will absorb the sweat and help prevent a rash. I can't tolerate the hot weather either- my back gets all wet fast. Walk well- and a little less- take care- D
Reply:hi anu, first off, go get a physical done by a doctor to see why you are sweating so profusely, you also want to be careful about your kidneys coz you are losing so much water, you will be harming your body in terms of dehydration and kidney stress...perhaps there is something going on in terms of your glands where the endocrine function is playing a role-you might be experiencing early menopause and this is how it is displaying itself in you-as far as your rashes are concerned, try some nicil powder or one that is for baby rashes-like desitin in the states...i think there is also the popular BORO powder there in india-but try to steer clear of fragrant products including soaps-if you are overweight, that is also lending to your thighs rubbing up against each other and that region of skin is unable to "breathe"-switch to light cotton clothing and observe what happens over the next few days...i hope this helps! and you might want to try some corn starch flour-directly apply that to the skin to prevent outbreaks...
