The bumps don't turn into whiteheads, but when I squeeze them a little hard yellowish ball comes out. I don't overwash my face, because I know that will make it even oilier, but I wash it morning and night using a acne-prone soap and mild toner. I've heard of the term calcium deposits thrown around and wonder if that could be my problem. It can't be due to a lack of calcium, because lord knows I drink enough milk but can it be a case of too much calcium? I'm 29 so I know its not a puberty thing and I know they are not warts. Any thoughts?
I have large pores and oily skin and I get these bumps under the skin?
no, im a beauty therapist. the bumps under the skin are called millias, they are balckheads beneath the skin. blackheads, contrary to popular belief are not dirty pores, they are blocked pores , blocked with sebum (the grease your skin produces to make your skin supple and not dry) but if you have blackeads or oily skin, its because the sebum is producing to fast.. blackheads are only black because the oxygen mixes with them and turns them black. when you squeeze them out there yellow (sebum) hence why millia are blackheads beneath the skin. all you can do for these are massage them for 20 minuits a day.. this helps the circulation which inturn, aids waste removal and suplys nutrients and oxygen to skin. dont use soap on your face, use a cleanser, and perhaps a toner that contains alcohol.. make sure all your products are for oily skin. This means they should have more water in them than oil.

Well i know what the best is and i use it it is called Arbonne nutrimin c RE9 anti-aging. I wash tone lift put a serum on my face the eye cream because this tissue is very delicate so you only want to use an eye cream around your eyes and then i do the day cream and at night i don't put the lift on i put the night cream on in place of the day cream and it takes me less than 2 minutes to do this I also use the facial scrub to remove the dead skin cell we get every morning and about twice a week i use the deep pore cleansing mask this product is like no other it pulls out my blackheads around my nose in one application and leaves my skin very soft and smooth and it minimized my pore size so now my skin is very very smooth and my skin was noticed by my friends in less than 3 days it is pure safe Swiss and botanical and is the only product that i have found to be great in removing my fine lines age spots and wrinkles and dark circles under my eyes and my adult acne that i was getting so badly. I also use the thermal fusion fase mask 3 days a week it's like getting a demabrasion skin peel but much much better and and safer. We also sell an intellegences line for younger skin that is a 4 step method not only should you wash you need to use a toner to balance and a mositurizer and teens and skin that hasn't started to age they love this product. I have a site and if you click on my profile you and get this awesome product that works because i found out it is made by the top skin care chemist and dermatologist in the world and is only sold Thur arbonne consultants so i became one to help others with there skin and they thank me so much also there is no mineral oils or other ingredients that should not be used on the skin that i won't mention and it last me over 6 months because you only have to use a drop and so it cost me less than a dollar a day to have the best skin and so will you and happy new year to you and your new skin that will be naturaly ph balanced once and for all the safe way we are a regiment the greatest so never ever use anything else when using arbonne skin care products.
