fat granules and look so bad. How can I get rid of them? Should I have them taken out with a small injection or sth?
I have small fat granules under my skin. Some time later they became acne. But most of them stay as?
It may be cysts under your skin....I used to have a similar problem when I was in Middle School. I had to go to a dermatologist and he would drain them out. It was very embarrassing for awhile, but they went away. In my case it was hormonal

You never said if the sites were on your face, or body (arms, etc). For the body or arms (I'm thinking the outside of the upper arm)--get one at least (I'm hoping two) of those bathtub gloves made of acetate (I think). They look and feel somewhat like a kitchen sink scrubber--but they actually feel good on your body and work up the blood movement to carry away those little pieces of fat just under the skin. Use the bathtub glove for your hips, legs, everywhere to create blood flow which will create a nice smooth skin. Do not use the mitt on the face as it's too rough. For your face, drink plain water, use a toner after cleaning your face, stop eating any potato chips. Since you have especially oily skin--use a drying mask. I love the oatmeal mask. Take instant oakmeal and put milk in the oatmeal. You can use water but milk smooths the skin. Leave the solution overnight in the refrigerator. This will make the oatmeal sludge and really soft. You want the solution as loose and you can get it and still pack it on your face. Put on a thin solution and then let it dry somewhat. Build the oatmeal mask up. Just keep building it up and letting it dry on your face. This is very drying on your skin and pulls out oils. The oatmeal pulls out the oils. To remove is very important. Use warm, and then cooler water. Soak the mask off but do not scrub your face with the oatmeal as it will leave very small scratches you can't see but will irritate the skin on your face. Use this mask on your arms as well to pull out the fat bits. According to how oily your face is--do the oatmeal mask maybe a couple of times the first week--but maybe once a week and less as time goes on. Just go by the clearness and whether you need a mask to be done. This mask is for oily skin. Do Not let it dry and leave it on for an hour or two. From experience I know your face will get all its oils pulled out and be too red. It will repair in a couple of days--but it's too traumatic for your facial skin. Good Luck.
