Why did I have an embedded growth under my thigh's skin? It was white with a blink thing in it and I cut itout

It sounds as if you had something go into your skin, like a thorn or other object, and then your skin just healed around it like a capsule to isolate it from your body. If it was not very deep, neosporin and band-aid should be OK.
