okay look. start off by using a concealer LIGHTER than your color. that's the only way it'll cover up your bags.

next, go to a doctor, it may have something to do with your veins in your eye area because it happened to a friend of mine.

also, try the old teabag trick. maybe you're just too stressed out! first you boil the tea bags for about 1-2 minutes, then put them in the fridge. when they're cold, put them on your eyes and just relax. you'll feel it soothing. it's some chemical in tea thats soothing.

good luck! and keep your chin up ;)

First of all, almost all of us have dark under eye circles. It doesn't make you ugly.

Second, I would recommend using a MAC product, if you don't want to spend much money, go to a drugs store, they sell lots of brands and all shades of concealers.

Get a concealer that is one shade lighter than the foundation you're using (if you use any, if not..then a shade lighter than your skin tone..but its better to use foundation with concealer)

Don't add too much, and remember, you don't want to "hide" it, you just want to make it look less obvious.
