What kind of specialist do I see to get an extra piece of skin on the under side of my tongue clipped?

I have never been able to stick my tongue out or have my 1st frech kiss because of this. Please help

Reply:You'd just need to go to a doctor to have he frenum clipped; it's a procedure that's routinely done in the office.
